Laurie
Lee Goretski is a girl interrupted. An outcast from the start,
originating from the suburban farm country of Stevens Point, Wisconsin,
only to move to the other extreme of Los Angeles, California at
age fourteen. Also including several short spells in the interim
through the Middle American states of: Arizona, Ohio, and Michigan.
Always writing, and working any film job she could get, she was
given a grant to attend Chapman University's Film School. After
receiving the opportunity to work and study under some of the
most innovative minds in the industry she graduated in 2001. Since
that time her passionate focus has been to build an independent
production company which creates breakthrough artistic films and
to continue the tradition of living on the edge, moving boundaries,
and even breaking through them.
